Couch to CrossFit is CrossFit at home, on your schedule. It's somewhere, and it's starting now.
What do I get:
-Two video workouts a week.
A Practice CrossFit coach will guide you through the workout and detail points of performance to keep you safe.
-Two stretching clips meant to be done as often as you can
You can never have too much mobility
-One accountability clip
-A customized diet, just for.
Let's be clear, and you DO NOT get to eat cake and candy and whatever. You get to what coach tells you.
-Body fat measurement
This part is tricky because you do have to leave the house, but it will only be for a second, and you don't have to if you don't want to.
